A sound immersion is a restorative experience that combines therapeutic sound, mindfulness, and deep listening practices to support relaxation, presence, and nervous system regulation. Participants rest comfortably while listening to live acoustic instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, flutes, harp, handpan, didgeridoo, and other resonant instruments.
Sessions may include guided relaxation, breath awareness, mindfulness practices, and periods of quiet reflection. There is nothing you need to do and no prior experience is required. The invitation is simply to listen, notice, and allow yourself time to rest.
